Stress is very common in today's life for everyone. So it becomes very necessary to know how to manage day to day stress and make life joyful.

Tips for removing stress from life

  1. Be Confident: You have a capacity to finish your work without taking help of others. So don't get panic for each and every smallest thing. So with the help of self confidence you can remove your stress either at your workplace or at your home.
  2. Say No to work: Whenever you are finding problems to finish the task given by anybody else don't hesitate to say him NO. Especially the ladies who can't manage their workplace as well as their home and children they must tell NO whenever they find it inconvenient. Live your life so that everything is a reflection of your truth.
  3. Stop feeling obligated:  It happens many time that somebody helped us once in the past and is using us many times at present, we can't stop them from doing so. In this situation we have to explain ourselves that we are not in obligation of that person and can stop the relationship at present. Select such friends and relatives who give you time and energy.
  4. This phase too shall pass: Life is full of struggle and hardships. So every time we can't expect the life going smoothly. But remember onething, every phase either good or bad shall pass. And after every night there is a beautiful morning. So don't depress if you are passing through the bad phase but pass the time in the hope of better future.
  5. Discuss your problems with friends and family: As your friends and family are really concerned for you, you should discuss your problems with them. It will make you to feel light and if they are offering some suggestions or help just accept it.
  6. Entertain yourself by spending time in you hobby: If you are very stressful distract your mind by spending 15-20 minutes in your hobby. If you like painting, watching T.V. or listening to music, then spend time with it. Take a bubble bath or oil massage to relax. It will make you feel fresh and energetic to fight with your problems.
  7. Yoga or Meditation: Meditation helps you a lot to remove stress. It will make your mind peaceful and you will continue with your work with more energy after some time of meditation.
  8. Live in a healthy environment: Environment affects a lot on the human mind. Poor air quality, bad lighting and noise can really increase stress. To improve air quality, ban smoking from the areas you control, open windows for fresh air, and use plants or humidifiers to provide moisture. Avoid fluorescent lighting and use full spectrum lights whenever possible. If noise is an issue, find a quiet space to work or read. If that's not possible consider headphones with relaxing background music or earplugs.
  9. Improve your attitude: If you have a negative attitude you may create problems out of opportunities and cause stress by alienating or irritating other people. Minor problems can seem huge and overwhelming. Look for the "silver lining" when faced with tough situations or mistakes. Remember you have control over your attitude towards life and how you let events affect you.
  10. Don't try to be perfect: It is nice to be perfect, but the when the ghost of perfection makes you stressful leave it from that moment. Accept that you are a normal human being and mistakes are part of normal life.
Fight Stress With a Positive Attitude: When things seem to be going wrong, it's always easier to see the bad instead of the good. Find something good in each important area of your life: work, family, friends, and health
