 In today's ultra modern society Sex has become a symbol of modern sociology. Sex is so much over hyped that lot many teenagers feel indulging in Sex would not harm but would give them reason to feel good.
Some of the key factors responsible for this mentality are:
Taking note of others:
Many teenagers especially girls argue that they are doing just what their friends are. And it is perfectly fine for them. But, this is not true. Every individual has right to make a choice. If anybody not comfortable with sex, there is no need to rush into it taking note of others. Emotional involvement is very important in Sex. Teenager should also take note of emotional attachment not just the physical aspect.
Sex gives pleasure
Teenagers have a common mentality that Sex leads to pleasure. On one hand, it is not all false, but on the other hand this is not 100% accurate as well. Many teenage girls feel that it was rushed and extremely unromantic. Their fantasy about sex broke after first encounter. Sex needs right frame of mind and time to shape the love. Anything done in rush leads to mental trauma and unfulfilled desires. That's why many studies suggest that sex among married couples is most fulfilling, because they have enough time and they know each other well.
Feeling being loved
If any teenage girl thinks that her boyfriend's desire to sleep with her proves his love for her, she must think again. It's common saying that, Man are Man, and it is not completely wrong. To many teenage boys sweet talking with girlfriend may be a part of getting her into bed. It doesn't prove that he is willing to spend his rest of life with her girl.
Sex is the next step of date
Every relation has many steps to follow. And in case of love birds Sex is an important part of their relation. But, it should not be done in rush. Every relation takes time to develop and we should let it develop in its own speed.
Indulging in sex in teen age in not wise, as it may leads to unwanted pregnancy and STDs. Just remember that your body may be ready for that but your mind would not. Any thing done with double mind is not good.
Sex gives command
Many teenagers think that sexual activity thrills their partner. Simple touches arouse my girl, true but just think again. The touch may be of anybody. Had it been some other girl with you, the reactions would have been the same.
More over it will give you and your partner un necessary mental disturbance. It will lead you to a stage when you both would think only about sex and nothing else. This would not be wise situation.
Teenager should pay attention to develop their relations and to bond together emotionally, rather than jumping into something which may harm their future. But, ultimately it is up to them to decide about their future.
