Its not a dream, it may come true

No this news is not linked with any UFO. An Indian-origin researcher at the University of Florida has revealed that a new wingless, saucer-shaped aircraft he has made is all set to take to the skies. While it looks like a UFO, scientist Subrata Roy prefers to call it a “wingless electromagnetic air Vehicle” (WEAV).

Roy said his aircraft would have different sets of electrodes placed on a thin ceramic plate. While one set would be located on the top and bottom of the aircraft to move ionized air down and provide lift, the other set would be placed along the sides to propel it forward.

Roy said that his aircraft’s first test flight might take place in as little as four months. The proposed prototype is small – the aircraft will measure less than six inches across – and will be efficient enough to be powered by on-board batteries.

Experts at NASA and the US Air Force are taking a lot of interest in Roy’s project.
