Controversial British television personality Jade Goody is no longer a part of Bigg Boss 2. She has pulled out of the "Bigg Boss" show after a cancer scare, the channel broadcasting the show said Tuesday.
Goody had told contestants on the show that test results suggested she may have cervical cancer.
"Jade's stay at the Bigg Boss house has been cut-short," the Colors channel said in a statement. "Yesterday (Monday), the results of Jade's test were out, and the tests indicate the possibility of cancer."
Goody's appearance on the show came 18 months after she was accused of racism on British TV's "Celebrity Big Brother" due to her taunting of Bollywood actress and fellow contestant Shilpa Shetty.
Shetty is the host of the Bigg Boss show, which began Sunday evening.
