Sex de-stresses you, keeps you rejuvenated, elevates your moods and stretches, tones and exercises your body muscles.
Many experts agree that a sexually active person feels much better than one who is not so interested in sex. Sexual acts certainly lead to a normal mental well-being and a healthy state of mind.

Sex helps you shed extra calories. While having sex, the BMP (basic metabolic rate) increases and that ultimately helps in burning the calories.
Sex helps skin and hair:
When women make love they produce the hormone estrogen which makes their hair shine and their skin smooth.
Also, when a couple indulges into sex, they release the extra level of frustration and stress and it leads to a glow on their face and skin. It also helps in better blood circulation.
