According to news, Soccer star David Beckham is concerned he is losing his superstar looks and is doing everything in his power to maintain his youthful appearance.
A tabloid reports, "David has turned crazy insecure. He is constantly telling Victoria he is scared of going bald, or if he spots a hint of a paunch on his midsection then he hits the gym for an hour. David is so vain - he can't stand the thought of growing into a fat, bald old man. However, former Spice Girls star Victoria is less than worried about her husband's ageing, and even finds it amusing he is so paranoid."
