James Bond series's new flick 'Quantum of Solace' has reportedly topped the weekend box office after raking in 70.4 million dollars.
According to studio estimates, DreamWorks' 'Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa' slipped to second position after raking in 36.1 million dollars, reports E! Online.
'Role Models', which earned 11.7 million dollars, came third while 'High School Musical 3: Senior Year' stood fourth after pocketing 5.9 million dollars.
Many critics earlier write off new Bond movie as dull sequel of previous one, but this movie has proved it's credibility now.
